To qualify, you must provide S&R with a complete itemized estimate on the competitor's letterhead, including product names/numbers, product specification sheets & prices including all labor rates.  Not valid on competitor's bonus, rebate or financing offers, clearance/closeout pricing or installation specials.  S&R reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any price match that cannot be verified by proof acceptable to S&R.  Offer subject to change at any time without notice.

Terms:

1. Applies only to residents/competitors within a 10 mile radius.
2. Does not apply to online retailers.
3. Competitors must be a showroom dealer.
4. Does not include unforeseen subfloor prep, such as self leveling, plywood replacement, grinding or any/all additional unexpected time/materials that does not include installation of the finished floor.
